These Terms of Service govern your use of the TreeRight Atlanta website and the tree services provided by TreeRight. By using our site or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

Services

TreeRight provides tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, emergency tree service, storm damage cleanup, stump grinding and land and lot clearing. All work is performed by qualified tree professionals in coordination with TreeRight.

Estimates

Estimates are provided based on information supplied by the customer, including photos and site access. Final pricing may change if the scope of work, site conditions or customer requirements change after the estimate is approved.

Permits and Access

Customers are responsible for confirming property lines and for any required permits or HOA approvals, unless otherwise agreed in writing. TreeRight can assist with identifying permit requirements.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the written estimate and service agreement. Payments may be made by approved methods as described at the time of invoicing.

Limitation of Liability

TreeRight maintains appropriate insurance and takes care to protect property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, concealed hazards or damage caused by events outside our control.

Text / SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from TreeRight Atlanta regarding estimates, scheduling, service updates and follow-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase and we do not share opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Changes to Terms

TreeRight may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
